We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages and providing us with all the information we needed for our trips. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a comfy bed, good wifi, and a quiet atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel was beautifully renovated, just like me after a day at the spa. The bathroom was pristine, making me feel like a queen. Staff were friendly, making me wonder if they were trained to deal with divas like myself.

The AC was a hidden gem, you just had to activate it at the reception. How quaint.

After living in Europe for 5 years now, the staff was hands down the best I have ever had! The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and they seemed to enjoy doing their job! Also, the room was mis-advertised on Booked.net so my group was upgraded to a suite for the price of a junior suite! Lastly, when we requested a late check out due to a marathon my group was participating in, they granted us the room for an additional 6 hours to take showers and relax after the race for only 10 extra euro (total not per person)! Grazie mille di tutto!!!!!!!!!

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner automatically adjusted when we closed the windows. The receptionist was outstanding, providing helpful and fun service throughout our stay. We appreciated that the staff spoke multiple languages and were able to assist us.

The beds were extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The AC regulation was not working properly, resulting in either a too cold or completely off setting.
